davidB David Buffalo has a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He has been investing and trading since his days in college. His methods are largely self-taught, though he has been fortunate to have been helped by several successful mentors during this trading career.

He uses Fibonacci pattern and momentum studies to trade stocks, and typically holds his positions for 5-15 days initially and longer if the trends remain in place. He typically trades only long positions in equities, but is pursuing FOREX and futures markets to be able to take short positions for profit.

He believes that anyone can learn to trade as long as one has the desire to learn and the perseverance to learn from mistakes. David also believes that studying fundamental and technical analysis is important to being successful being short or long in an individual position.
